Anyone know of a brighter bulb upgrade to make my lights more of a intense white or blue without having to get a HID conversion?

You could try the Sylvania Silverstars or the Delta replacement headlight.

I've done both, Silverstars helped a little, Delta upgrade was by far the better upgrade!
