My question is can you use a one inch body lift and a leveling kit for the 08 JK Unlimited Rubicon. I dont want to buy both and find out that you cant use both of them at the same time. See if anyone can help me out, thanks a lot

You can use both at the same time.

The body lift does as the name implies..lifts the body.

The leveling kit is usually nothing more then poly spacers that go on top of the front coils. Probably .5" or .75". Do you have any more info on the leveling kit?

Regardless, you CAN use a suspension lift AND a body lift at the same time.:beer:

EDIT: was just thinking...Is there a reason you are wanting a body lift instead of a suspension lift? if you are considering buying both of those you may just want to look into a budget boost suspension lift. The body lift leaves your clearence the same while a suspension lift would get you more. just my 2 cents

I'm with WTF-LOL on this one, a budget boost would be better in the long run, you won't have that big ugly gap.

do you know what modifications you have to do to put the suspension on. with modifications come changes so does that affect the driving ability. My goal is to keep it driving like stock since i bought it for that. I have two other jeeps for rock gardens and wheelen and want to keep this one easy

you won't have to do anything to your drive train if you put a 2.5 BB on your jeep (from what I've gathered from most of the other guys here). I've got the idea that anything past 3" needs new drive train components, but you should be okay with anything lower than that. Good luck!
