I recently had an installation issue with a Ten Factory product that I bought from Northridge4X4. David Johnson from Northridge4X4 and Jeff Belknap of Ten Factory went the extra mile to make it up to me. Excellent customer service from both of them. I highly recommend both organizations and encourage forum readers to give them their business.
