Well, can't leave me alone for one minute, Wife/Granddaaughter gone for 4 days:D........ran right to A&A Auto and got me some nice Hella driving lites. Those young men have been taking care of me for quite some time..great pricing;)
Wiring was a piece a cake, tied right into the Fog Lite wiring & control is the same.

Dang sweet! Nice improvements.

Funny how we as "adults" behave so much similar as to how we did when we could blame it all on innocence and youth. :D

FWIW, I'm not far behind you age wise and I'm already using Alzheimer and senility as my "excuses". :D

How are these lights doing for you?
I'll soon take delivery of a Shrockworks stubby and I'm in the market for some new fogs, as I won't be using the POS stock ones. I've kinda been looking at the CIBIE Tangos, but they're a little pricey. I'm impressed as hell with the CIBIE upgrade I did on the headlamps, great optics.

This leaves me going with other brands, I have some KC driving beams on the pillars, I like them OK, and I suppose that the fogs would be OK as well.

I hear that some of the others, PIAA's, Lightforce, Delta, etc. are not that great in the optics dept.

The Hella's caught my eye, especially the price. I realize that you have the driving beams and I'm looking at the fog beams, but how is the quality on them, and what is your impression of them now that you've lived with them for a while?

Thanks in advance

John, actually like them way better than the "KC's" on pillars.....the adjustment for up & down on KC's are horrible/weak, stripped litte screw very quickly. I would highly recommend these, plus great price. These are the pencil beam, a little narrow but very bright. Buy them, you'll like.

Thanks for the info. One of reasons I like them is that you can still buy them with the yellow fog lens. From what I've read and from personal experience I prefer yellow fogs as opposed to clear.

You bet can, infact yellow was one of my choices but I actually made a mistake I'll live with by "not" buying "Fog's instead of "pencil" beams.....definitely buy Fogs because of the coverage you get out in front of you.

I went ahead and ordered the yellow fogs last night, got a heck-uv-a-deal at Amazon, 62 bucks shipped. Should have them in 5-9 days. No hurry since the bumper is still about two weeks out according to Shrockworks.....

Thanks again for the input on this.
