I am doing a 5.7 hemi "upgrade" to a 2011 Wrangler that 3.8 spun several bearings. For those that have used bolt in mounts on the passenger side the knock sensor has to be relocated, I am assuming it is relocated to the block drain plug. Is this correct?

They should have sent you a knock sensor relocation bolt with a threaded hole going through the center. I tried the Jeep Speed Shop bolt-in mounts but traded them for the weld-in brackets (the stock SRT manifolds will not work with the bolt-on mounts).

Anyway, the JSS knock sensor relocation bolt goes on the driver (left) side of the block, into the hole shown below (it may go in a hole further back on the block). The knock sensor then bolts into that larger bolt using the stock fastener. Your adapter bolt may still have the original headstamp which would provide a rough surface for the knock sensor; recommend grinding it flat and smooth to help the sensor work properly.
