The minimum you will need is new pinion nuts, pinion seals and crush sleeves. You should also use new ring gear bolts.
I reused the bearings on mine, and one of the pinion bearings failed 7k miles later. You can reuse the bearings, but they need to be removed and treated gently. I used a master install kit (overall kit) when I had the bad pinion bearing replaced, 10k later and no problems so far.
