Thanks guys. It's just zip screwed to the coil pack bracket in two spots and hovers over the manifold. I will be testing it out at big dogs this week. I also added some mechanics wire in a cross pattern to hold the grub on.

So I looked... JKO is lacking camping threads.

I think I am going to get a fry basket and U-Bolt it onto my manifold. Sturdy enough for bacon wrapped corn, taters, and those mofo WALMART CHIMICHONGAS!!!:bounce:

That's a cool idea. We do something similar on snow machines up here in Ak.

Yep, Hot pockets, chicken strips, burritos, nothing like a hot meal on top of a snow covered mountain top while out snowmobiling!

Ever try grillin corn on the cob? Leave it in the husk, soak it in a bucket of water for a few minutes and toss it on the grill
remember to turn it every few minutes to heat evenly... Just did a few ears on the grill tonight for dinner. There were no survivors.

I'll bet if you put a lid on that setup and took a rough piece of road wherever you're going, they'd turn themselves:thankyou:

Dan- I make "Cardiac Arrest" on the cob...

Shuck the husk, smear it with three four cheese sauce, and wrap it in bacon. Lay the hust back over it, and throw it on the top rack of the grill while your steaks cook. 12-14 minutes.

It will look raw, but you touch a fork to a kernal and it explodes with goodness.

So, if I snag the OP's photo, or qoute it, and start a thread specifically abut JK camping- is that legit? A place to trade manifold cooking ideas, hammock reviews, dutch-oven recipies, stuff like that?

THAT is interesting. Do believe I might try that. "three four cheese sauce"?
