I love mine! I remember growing up watching the occasional cj-8 "scrambler" scoot down the road and thinking how I'd like to have one of those when I'm old enough to drive. The only mechanical oversight I can see so far is that you can't access the storage area behind the seats because the jeep was originally a 4 door therefore the "front" seats don't slide forward much and the backs barely lean forward much at all. Also, I have no dome light. Being a sport, the rear view mirror doesn't have map lights, so my only entry lights are under the dash facing downward toward my floor mats. I've read on here where guys think you'd be financially better off to buy a used compact truck rather than buy a jk-8 conversion kit. While I can't argue their logic..... I can appreciate the value nostalgia. To each their own!

@'13scrambler. The Scrambler was my childhood dream vehicle too!

I also am in love with mine. It is a ton of fun to see people's reaction and have a Jeep unlike anything else.

As for value, the market share is small yet demand is still high. Starwood Motors has sold several for silly $.
