I'm the guy that flagged you down at the intersection driving the Red Rock JKUR. Good talking with you at the light... sorry I prevented you from getting the turn arrow!

Shoot me a note when/if you see this message. I make my way to Rausch and Wharton occasionally - see if we can connect for a trip.

Jeff, no worries, I made the light.

Nice Rig. We've got a group going to Rausch next weekend 11/16 if you would like to come along. Gonna do Centralia on the way home on the 17th.

We get together in my garage (PA Garage) 3 - 4 times a year, and also wrench in several locations in Jersey. We also wheel different locals every month if not more often.

About the deep stuff and snorkels. While most of the pics you see are Jeeps headed through deep water, at least half the Crew keeps to the low points. Many of us do have snorkels, and we generally help each other out with the installs.

If you are looking for some good folks to wheel, wrench, and eat bacon, you won't find a better group.

Post up in the JC thread and come on out for some good times. Only requirements are a thick skin, respect for the rangers and land, and bacon. A jeep is highly recommended.
Welcome on board... To follow up and add to what Ryan said, we do have a RC Trip planned for the 15th and 16th. Also, I am hosting a little get together at my residence on 11/10.... MArine Corps Bday/ Veterans day Celebration/Wrenching/ Going away party for one of ours.... If you are interested in attending by all means you are invited. Hit RyanJKU up and you will probably be able to follow him over. As long as you dont have a trailer you should be able to keep up with him... lol... :thefinger:

ROFLMAO:flame:
Thanks, Guys.

Ryan,
love to help you out wrenching some time. I've been in withdrawal since selling my BUILD 77 Bronco.

Guys,

I've been wanting to get out with you guys for a while. However, family and conflicting plans always got in the way. I know the Wharton track pretty well, though. I grew up bow hunting there, running dirt bikes through the puddles and later graduated to taking my CJ7 through the sand and puddles.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have a problem getting out with you next weekend... I'm trading my JKUR for a S-Crew F150 to accommodate our growing family (kid #3 is due January).

The boys (5 and 4) hate not having a Jeep to take into the woods, so I'm already looking for an affordable Jeep to replace the JKUR. Let me know if you are aware of any flat-fenders. I'd like to build one as a dedicated off-road rig with the F150 as very capable tow rig.
