I'm experiencing an intermittent, yet reproducible, error code situation. My 2013 JKU 6SPD is high mileage stock.

Every 3 to 5 engine cranks, the stabiity control light comes on. If I turn the engine off, wait a few seconds, and crank it on again, the light is gone and the Jeep runs like a champ.

If I drive it with the light on it won't rev about 3200 rpm (give or take), so I have to shift before that. Otherwise, it feels like its in limp mode.

There is a persistent error code; C121C Torque Signal Request Denied. The camshaft position sensor was changed with a cam/pcm re-learn done via Jscan.

I've read somewhere, that it could be the throttle body, let alone the ABS or PCM modules. Since it's intermittent, my thinking is that its not the wheel speed sensors either. Or am I wrong? How can I troubleshoot this? Thanks.
