Went to change headlight on my 07 Wrangler JK that I purchased used a few months ago.
The headlight harness wires were hanging on by threads.
At some point they had been cut or something.

When I removed the harness it all fell apart.

Here is my problem. From the harness I have a Black, a Green and a Brown wire.

The other wiring is Black with a blue stripe, White with a blue stripe and White with a green stripe.

Anyone have any idea how to match them up again?

I put it back together black/blue to black, white/green to green, white/blue to brown and it works but the lights are very dim.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't have much to offer for help, but doing a quick search I found this info-
LT side
Low beam White/Dark Blue
Return signal Black/light blue
High beam White/light green

RT side
Low White/tan
Return signal Black/light green
High White/gray

Any update??? Did the link provided help you work out the problem?
Or are your lights still dim?

The Mopar Connection Repair Kit link provided the answer.

It showed a harness diagram with the wire colors and what position they go to.
I just matched them up and lights are back to normal.

Thank you for the help with this one
