It's nice to have that precision fit around the casting. Artec makes some really nice stuff for the big boy axles, so I'm sure the quality of these is just as impressive.

I'm not Artec, but If I put this on a JK axle, I would see no need to install sleeves.

I have a 3 link front and don't plan on running the passenger side upper mount. I'm assuming I wouldn't be able to get a custom-cut kit to address that, so I would just need to patch it with some 1/4" plate?

Not sure if it's too late... but I wouldn't recommend cutting off your passenger-side upper mount, even if you're not using it.
Think about the re-sale value of your axle...should you ever want to upgrade.
I ran the same 3-link on my built D44, but left the mount on the axle. The guy that bought it was running 4 links and a track bar, so it bolted right in. Made it much easier to sell.
