That's a decent price. Just maybe not the best gun to learn on. That's a lot of boom on a small pistol. Had one in .40 I would maybe recommend something a little larger and in 9mm. Cheaper bullets=more practice. I used to get 1000rd cases of .45 for $90. Many moons ago. Larger frame, smaller caliber will make for a better learning experience. Just my .02

seriously, that is a good deal, but like was said, its gonna be pretty snappy launching .45s from that small frame.

I couldnt pass it up if it were me.

Buy it and hang on to it, pick up a full size 9mm to learn on and get used to, then get your permit and carry the little .45

 

that last line is pretty much what the plan was...at least until I can pick up my new XDM compact .40 or .45 not sure yet

 

maybe I should rephrase that...I've shot quite a few handguns before. This will be the first one that's mine.
