i've been running the genesis dual batt set-up in my '13 JK for a couple years and have it wired up to my sPod. over the last month i've been having apparent parasitic drain issues pulling my primary batt down, and i've tested all of the ckts multiple times without finding anything. my plan is to install a battery disconnect as a nuclear option to ensure no drainage.

my concern is what impact this will have on the onboard computers? i've changed settings to accommodate my 37" tires and 4.88 gears, and am concerned that these will be reset if the CMs are disconnected from power.

anyone run a disconnect w/ a dual batt set up? if yes, have you had any issues w/ the control modules? any input would be appreciated.
