Has to be a pad bearing/too little preload, no? A broken ring/pinion gear would make all kinds of noises at all speeds

Tack weld them caps bro!

certainly a good thing that you found that issue with the driveshaft though before shit gets bad.

guys the teeth looked perfect. i couldn't rotate it all the way because the tires are on the ground, but from the teeth i saw with the diff open, all looked well on the inside.
Regardless, you should not be ale to rotate your driveshaft even half that much

i like the idea of a axle shaft blowing up verses my arb and spider gears. hopefully i can find one of those 12+ with a driver side axle shaft
Or those tiny ass teeth on your ring and pinion :) I feel you dude. I have a 30 with 5.13s. About to add an ARB I got from MrRonGilbert :gluging:

I doubt youll ever break the ARB.
