This no worky, do you best not to overfill when running aftermarket diff covers

This will work just fine. I check the fluid in alot of axles and you won't believe the pressure some have when taking the fill plug out. Another fix is to replace the vent hose with one twice as long or so and coil the end of it like a spring. This will keep the oil where it belongs.

I deleted the part with putting a small hole in the filter, I'm going to retry without doing that. I was worried about if the filter would be able to breathe being saturated in oil, didnt work still made a mess
