I borrow my buddies FP and I will say this if you are still using your stock gear ratio , get the bumper because you wont notice to much , now if you regeared and your computer was using the old ratio I would say get the FP
Don't know about power , but the shift points are nice running 5.13 gears on a 4.10 computer was live able but now that my shift points are right I am really thinking about fixing it now
