Looking for a good durable can for my Walther P22 and Ruger 10-22

I have been waiting to see what the price point and availability for the new Ruger Silent SR, in the mean time I have been looking at the Warlock II, Specter II

Whats your poison and would you buy it again or another?

AAC Aviator2 or the Element2. Their cans are heavy, but damn do they work well. If you shoot rounds that are subsonic (not all are), they are "Movie" quiet.

I did look at the Aviator - it is a little heavier but seemed pretty stout - I will be stopping by my local shop and see whats in stock this week, they also have some to rent and test

I love my Liberty Kodiak TL. Light, easy to clean, and of course quiet. When using subs in my FV-SR you can hear the firing pin, then the bullet impact. NO ONE has ever shot it that didn't end up giggling like a school girl. I just had it out and we were standing around BSing, my buddy is shooting it and all of the sudden he stops and says "I think that one was a dud, didn't fire". Opens the bolt to see the empty case, he proceeded to check the bore to make sure it wasn't a squib. It is that quiet.

Obligatory pic on my FV-SR

If you haven't purchased, yet, check out the Dead Air Mask (rated for 5.7 and full auto .22) or the Radical Firearms RF 22LR. Radical has two (2) different versions of their can. One has an aluminum sleeve, so it's nice and light on a .22 pistol, but you damned sure don't want to run it FA, or with a 5.7. The other is all stainless, and rated for 5.7 and FA .22.

Full disclosure, I'm the Director of Law Enforcement and Military Sales for Radical. I'm biased. I can also get you a HELL of a deal.

Good info. Wish I knew this info a few months back. I have a Sparrow in "NFA" jail now, might see it around the holidays. 41F has been crazy.
