So i recently put on a 3" lift and the Synergy Track-bar relocation bracket. The steering is much tighter but when I hit a decent bump in the road the steering wheel has a noticeable twitch to it. I was wondering do I need the drag link flip kit or what other recommendations would you have to fix this problem?

Drag link always needs to be parallel with the track bar.

It's not a factor of "3 inch lift".

Since you raised the track bar then the answer is yes.

So that should stop the twitching of the steering?
Yes, it's called bump steer.

When you raised the track bar mount on the axle you changed the length of the arc it sweeps in; this arc doesn't match the drag link. During suspension compression [decent bump in the road] the drag link will push the knuckle over..."bump steer".

You also need +3" over stock bump stops to keep a flipped drag link out of the frame when the passenger side compresses.
