Ya its a ***** I had to remove them when I painted my jeep. Make shure ALL the screws are out and remove the window crank ( pain to put back on) and lift up. After you get the first panel off you will find a second even more difficult one. Now to remove this one remove all the screws around it and the white clips holding the window tracks and pull and it should come off. If you have a helper, you can skip the step about the white clips and have the helper hold the panel out so you can get your hand in there. There are 2 10mm nuts on ether site ( they may be 7mm I cant rember) just tighten up and your good to go.
I had this same problem, and while at the dealer for another reason mentioned it to the service manager and he said they would take care of it under warranty while it was in there haveing other warranty stuff done.

I was just looking for a little help lie if any parts were needed as well as guidance on how to remove the parts. I was perfictly happy fixing it myself, but figured it ws in there and if I did not have to pay for it Id let them take care of it.

so in short if you dont feel like doing it try the dealer, I know they are different everywhere but its worth a shot.
Open the door, pull the black plug out, you can access one of the nuts through it. 8mm socket
