I honestly skip most of his threads or posts because foaming at mouth and comes across as "off his meds". Happy in my ignorance, I guess, but not willing to devote attention to his rants.

i wasnt pushing for more chaotic ranting from him on the thread he recently is updating; I was looking to let the person try to briefly -if possible- explain the root of that maniacal discord he so intensely & laboriously tries to detail on post-after-post .

he seems like he maybe a product of modern pharmaceuticals or 'better living through chemistry' but , like snout , if we can get his gripe out coherently , maybe we can stop him from going social-haywire.

I did a little chop / plate on my '07 Taco - wasn't stressful, since I was planning on running that thing into the ground. Plans changed, sold the Taco at a loss and bought the Jeep :rockon:

Actually now that you have me thinking about it, the FJ was an interesting little beast. It was the little things I always found odd, like how one cylinder bank had Denso plugs and the other bank had NGK. During the Fukushima melt down, all sorts of weird not-quite-a-TRD models were shipped. Green roofs with silver tupperware. Missing roof racks, etc. I guess it wasn't so bad. Just different.

I still am confused by DJ1 and his posts -- I'm no religious scholar but I don't understand his differentiation of "his kind of jews" vs. the "Talumudic" jews. The way I understood it is, the Talumud and the Torah are separate texts and basically, to study the text of the Torah, you need to be primed with the Talumud, almost like a Cliff's notes.

The best example I can think of is, I would not read Dante's Inferno without a notated copy or Cliff's-types notes. Heck, I struggle thru Shakespeare without liner notes as well. Maybe one of our Jewish pals here can set me straight.

Literal interpretation of any ancient text will probably raise eyebrows. My assumption here is DJ takes an interpretation of the Talumud as a basis for all the world's problems, much like people do with the Koran. A simplistic and hyper-reactive way to view the world, but I get it. As a warrior for Christ, I'm sure he takes no issue with the literal and direct interpretation of Christian and Islamic texts as well.

We got lucky - the FJ we bought was built prior to the 2011 Godzilla rampage and subsequent Toyota supply chain clusterfuckification. We were buying 4 months after Fukushima, and were stoked to find a pre-Godzilla FJ :rockon: - no excess radiation, no half-assed parts or assembly, no drama, no worries.

The closest FJ our local dealer found to our specs (down to the last option ) had sat in a back lot at the Santa Rosa dealership for almost a year with <4 miles and hadn't even had the initial dealer prep. - perfect! Our dealer traded 'em a Sienna minivan .

snout you nearly nailed it . By 'Talmudic' you're talking doctrines & a book of Hasidic discussions which took place eons ago amongst the head rabbi's of the temple & it was all captured in ink. Deemed to be the Talks on God's Law & what the specifics that those rabbi's interpreted God had meant by his commandments & interactions w/ Moses actually meant, the Talmud is just the big theological study reference that helps Jewish holy men actually interpret wtf the Holy Book - Torah- is telling man.


The initial , zealous , paranoid times back after lil'Adolf had been mustard gassed in WWI & was setting beer halls on fire - grasping at anything to use as a scapegoat for the bad decisions they made in haste + awful destitution which post Great War Germany was experiencing - the movement shifted from it being their miserable stroke of fortune they had to work their way out of , to ,instead, them actually going , " hey. you know what? Look at how we are all eating shoe&cabbage soup & yet Yahuda over there in his cobbling store still not only has bread but is still operating his business as if nothing were wrong!" affecting the Jewish citizens ( who, from previous millennia of persecution & slavery & dislocation had become the stereotypical , thrifty, saving , business oriented people their laws guided them to become) ; it resulted in them being persecuted as shifty or tricky because of their frugal but persistent stability; this became greatly resented & Hitler turned that sentiment to his advantage once his twisted mind - essentially - started believing the effective diatribes that began to morph into his sick ideology. Let's just say I have a fair perception of this topic & that's why I was patiently coercing the guy to try to really explain what point he was trying to get across to us thru those posts.

I wanted him to say he detested Jews or some racial slam so I could boot him , but he was tactful about his barrages' wording.Id say he is picking this stuff up elsewhere. What's scary is while it may not be his own rhetoric , I'm pretty sure he believes every bit of what he has espoused.
