It is time to retire my falken wildpeaks. There is just too much sticky mud here in the southeast to keep running them. The last skyline ride proved it to me. So I am now debating between 3 tires:
Pitbull Rockers
Nitto Mudgrapplers
Nitto Trailgrapplers

I will be driving the jeep every day but it it is just to and from work (no faster than 45, maybe 20 miles). Tires with be 37s on 17" rims. Please post up your preference/experience and why. Help me decide on my jeep's new shoes! Attached are the 2 main areas that helped convince me.

I vote Trail Grapplers. I'm running 35x12.5x17 and love them. Quiet on the road, exceptional on the trail.

Literally just mounted up my 37x12.5x17 trail grapplers today so I can't give much more than initial highway impression. They're absolutely great on the highway with minimal noise. I drove about of 50 miles today in snowy/rainy weather and they were perfect. They also took very little weight to balance. From day one impression they get my thumbs up. I'll wheel with them this weekend and have some more insight.

Don't think you're gonna find a better tire for the mud (at least out of those choices) than the Rockers. As far as driving them on road, I just drove my 41's 1,000 miles from NJ to AL and I lived. I'm sure 20 miles to & from work ain't gonna kill ya.

I have a couple of friends who just recently got the 37" trail grapplers - they really like them and they do a good job on the trail. They are not as aggressive as your other options - but a good all around tire.

If I can't get my favorite Goodyear MT/R Kevlar's next time around I'm getting these!

How are the Trail Grapplers for round? Those pictures look like it took a fair bit of weight to balance them.
My pic is a little deceiving...... What looks like weights is actually where the old ones were with the old tires. Need to paint that lol. Balanced great. Only 2 tires actually used any weight

Nitto Trailgrapplers get my vote.

UNLIMITED ...Are you using spacers with those factory wheels? Rubbing with 37s and only 2.5 lift? Looks Good!

Out of the three you listed, the Trail Grappler will be the most well balanced for daily and trail use. I had the Mud Grapplers on a truck I used to own and they were truly awesome offroad but for a daily driver the will let you know they are there. I may go back to something that aggressive when my jeep becomes a weekend rig again.

Let us know if we can help you with a set. We'd love to earn your business and we guarantee the lowest delivered price.

I went with the Pit Bull Rocker Radials. Thanks Discount Tire Direct! Hopefully I will have them in before Friday for the trail run in b'ham.

I went with the Rockers. They showed up today. Got them mounted up and set at 36lbs. Torqued all lug nuts and hit the road. They drive better than the Falken Wildpeaks I had before. Drive-ability was great. Cornering, stopping, accelleration, no issues. Hope to get them out in the mud this weekend and report back. Very pleased so far.

Got the rockers out in the mud and rocks this weekend. Chewed up one rim good. They worked FANTASTIC in the mud and had zero issues on wet rock. A big upgrade from the Falkens IMHO. I did have to air them down to 22 lbs to get any amount of flex on the sidewalls. The sidewalls are REAL stiff so if you run the rockers plan on airing down. Next run I will try them at about 15 or so. We went up the "grinder". Just wish I had not been sick that day.
Sadly my quote is full and I cannot upload any more pics :-(
