I've been looking for a used JKU for a few months, and found one that hits all the boxes. It was a Canadian model imported in 2016. I see that carfax lists it in KM and then in Miles, it also notes that it lists it as

"Imported to the US/ Vehicle originally manufactured for NON US market"

Anyone know the differences?

Canadian Wrangler

Possibly may have daytime running lights, and a hood lock (?). I know that those are requirements for some export models.

You need to be careful with Canadian imports. The warranty may or may not apply depending on the vehicle and what its use was in Canada. Some vehicles may have to have warranty work done in Canada. There are a lot of articles about "grey market" vehicles being brought into the U.S. from Canada.
