I certainly hope y'all got some new staff as when I had warranty work done there at Holt y'all were completely clueless! The mechanics clearly didn't know what they were doing and the service was horrible!

Mind expanding on that statement? I would hate for a company to get a bad reputation without legitimate reason. (Not saying you're wrong, I just think since you mentioned that the situation should be explained)
