I know, I've searched and searched for answers, but I put delrin bushings in last year, and new hinges, getting ready to swap from tube back to hard doors, still a struggle....

I used white Lithium Grease when I put them on, still needed floor jack to nudge off.

What should I use putting hard doors back on, I've been hearing axle lube?

Also dry teflon lube - https://www.amazon.com/Blaster-16-T...t=&hvlocphy=9003376&hvtargid=pla-727891029302

Thoughts?

Beyond that my cousin owns a machine shop thinking of just doing a minor clearance just to cut to the chase

Thx

Was told dry graphite or silicone by TMR. I had silicone on hand so used that and have had no issues with removal other than forgetting to put the window down before unplugging a few times.

I also hit the pins with some sandpaper to knock of any gunk leftover on the hard doors prior to the semi-annual swap.
