Ok I know this has been covered a lot. I’ve read a ton of posts about this subject but am still not sure which way to go. Currently I’m running the MC 3.5 game changer with the rock sport shocks Overline fenders 37’s and high steer. It’s time to change and I’m looking at going with a rebuildable shock. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the 6 paks due to maintenance. I know that the King’s and fox will also require maintenance. I mainly crawl/dd but would like some higher speed damping as well. Also thinking about adding the king air bumps. Does anyone have suggestions on which would be best to go with.
Looking at 6 paks
King 2.0/2.5 bypass/smoothies
Fox 2.0/2.5 bypass/smoothies

In my experience the air bumps or even sumo springs / duro springs have a lot more impact on high speed whoops than which shock you choose.

Put some 2.0 3 tube bypasses on it and call it a day. Pick your brand of choice, it is not going to make a difference on a JK who you buy your shocks from. There is more to running high speed than throwing on some shocks or hydraulic bumps, they help but your over all set up should be studied a bit before dropping $4k on some shocks.
