i have a 2010 rig,never really had death wobble,well my tires are really worn 35 inch kuhmos mud terrains, and it has happened a few times,on highway when turning it will start shaking super bad and when i slow down it straightens out,is it cause the truck is getting old ,or the worn tires ? if i get new tires will that stop it,or is it something else, it never did it before ??

Well it sounds like you need new tires regardless if it fixes the wobble or not....

However that shouldn't be the cause of any new shakes or shimmies.

Follow the steps.

If you need new tires, get new tires...they may be causing some shimmy but its not the cause if death wobble.

My experience is DW almost always starts in the tires/rims and becomes more evident as other items wear. Harmonics and slop. Alignment, ball joints, hardware are things I would look at. It sounds like you need new tires regardless.

How many miles do you have on the rig?
