So in preparation for accessories in the future I have started my relay box. So far I have it way over built with some extra steel I had around and installed all my components. I have made it removable so I still need to setup some waterproof plugs for the switch feeds and the outputs. I also still need to come up with a switch solution for inside. I was thinking of using the extra space under the single din radio I have since upgrading but have not found a switch that fits and I like.

A pic from the inside. I used an old cutting board for screwing the top plexi cover into which is pop riveted to the steel box.

Pardon my stupidity. I take it that's the same thing as a Spod? Probably for 1/10th the cost.
Pretty much. i love to tinker and build my own stuff, bought the relays and distribution blocks off amazon, the fuse block was off my motorcycle after i rewired that last year and metal and plastic i had laying around. Just need to install switches yet.

Looking at these https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/push-button/led-indicator-push-button-switch/1201/2837/ as i think they will fin the cubby space under my single din radio. if not i am sure I will come up with something

Nice job Doug! That is similar to what I had in my tj, and what I would have done in my jk if I hadn't of seen the Cooper bussman relay panel.

The switches you are thinking about are similar to the left two switches my buddy used. He built this above the radio.

OR if you choose to do Carling switches, a buddy (noroad) did his here
