So as usual we are planning a trip for 2015. The time line will me much like the 2013 trip. Come down a day early get settled in go over the rigs, take the doors off, pack the jeeps.

Plan will be to spend four days on the trail hitting all the obstacles, and a full day camping at Buck Lake to chill out and relax, in addition to check out the falls.
As for dates we are pretty open. But would like them to plan on hitting the trail on a Tuesday and ending on a Friday. That way we can limit the number of vacation days

Dates: June 27 to July 5

Thinking as of right now travel down on the 27th-28th, use the 29th to get ready and introductions, wheel the 30th to the 3rd, then travel the 4th and the 5th.

As for rigs on this trail. You must have a Jeep which is capable of taking some abuse.
As of right now I'm going to say min req are 35"tires, lockers, dana 44 axles that are reinforced, and lots of spare parts.

This is a camping trip and wagbags are required as well.

So due to request what does everyone think of trying to do the Rubicon during the week of June 27 to July 5. This is assuming we can even run it next year. If we can't I am up for another trail in CA

Going to bump this thread.
Just purchased new front coil overs, Artecs new ford Dana 60 truss and some other goodies for the jeep. So assuming I have a job for the next couple months seeing as oil prices are tanking I am super excited for this trip. :D.
