I am ordering 4.56 gears from northridge4x4.ca and I want to order the right ones obviously....

I know you need reverse rotation for the front but what fits the rear..they also list a short pinion gear set as well, all for the JK and all say reverse rotation...but nothing specifies front or rear

getting a little confused

and yes I know every one else runs 4.88 but I want to be different...

For the 3.8L with 35’s I would suggest 5.13 or higher for an auto.

Anyway, I would suggest calling Dave at Northridge directly and placing the order. That way the correct part gets ordered and maybe give you a forum discount or something. Always good to build a personal relationship with the vendor.
