Check it out. May be good for swap applications.:grinpimp:

I'm not sure what tranny that is with it.

I should have asked to begin with.

Does anyone know what tranny that would be? Also, do you think it would be compatible with the AEV kit?

I'm no where near ready finacially to pick up the kit yet, but this may be too good of a deal to pass up if the engine and tranny would both work for the application.
I am no expert in this but be careful putting a 2005/06 engine in a 2007/08/09 wrangler. I have been told it can cause a problem. I am not sure if it is just with emissions or other licensing issues. Just giving you a heads-up.
I would be really carefull with the JK and a motor swap. Use at least the same year or newer motor.

Thanks for the warning. Unless something has changed, I don't believe NC cares about the year of the engine as long as it passes. At least they didn't 10 years ago. I had a '95 YJ that I swapped in a '94 LT-1. I'll have to check. I would probably wait a couple years before swapping anyway. It just seems to be a great deal since the wire harness will be replaced anyway.
