Just got back from a local Jeep dealer where I had to go to get my official Mopar HOAT anti-freeze/coolant. :mad: While I was there, I had a very interesting conversation with their parts manager. He was very forthcoming about the problems they have seen with our new Jeeps so we spent some time comparing notes. Towards the end of the conversation, I asked him if he found it any better dealing with corporate since the Cerberus buyout. He said the if anything it was worse and then told me that they had just outsourced their call center to India. He said that the last time he had to call Chrysler to clarify some parts issue, the guy he was talking to was in New Dehli. :shaking: That can't be good. I know that the customer service on my old PC sure went to hell when it was taken over by an Indian company.

Man this bites... I have to deal with half of my staff in India and it down right $ucks and it's worse if you can actually understand what they are saying.
