Kat and I went out yesterday to test out the clearance of my Poly lift. Everything looks great except I'm rubbing my skid row tranny skid on the front axle. I grinded it down but not nearly enough. I think I might pull it and just notch it out. I don't thing there is much room for adjustment. I also about tore off my pass front fender under full flex in the v-notch last pic..

Anyway this trail was moderately easy. A few good playgrounds and rock gardens. The shelf road on the way out was definitely not designed for a jeep of JK proportions!! We were against rock wall faces and crumbling ledges with maybe 2 inches to spare. We had to get a pitcher of beer and a six pack after that one!! :beer::beer:

Nice pics. Looks like the snow bunnies are out already ;). No disrespect.

I still stuff my wheels in the fenders. It makes alot of noise but I have not ripped one off yet. The rocks do that for me. I went and checked my skid plate as I have the same one. I noticed some minor contact on the drivers side possibly from the front diff housing. Very slight though. How bad is it for you? I wonder if it has anything to do with pinion angle?

Just curious, now that you live in Colorado, do you miss Cali at all?

Mine is directly contacting the left side of the skid plate pretty bad.. I grinded it down maybe 1/4 inch, but it was still in direct contact. It makes a pretty gnarly noise but has held up ok so far. I have a trail spare in case it breaks. I think I'll pull it off over Thanksgiving and just notch the **** out of it. I'm guessing the pinion angle is the culprit and the size of the axle itself. I have a lot of flex out of this kit..

As for the wheel well its nice and loose now.. Oh well it will be a good reason for tubes.. :beer:
