Repriced my CO2 system (THis is strictly based on what I have found online, have yet to go to local fire supply or beverage center for a used tank)

15lb Aluminum tank-$89
Poly regulator-$40
Off-road air flex CO2 hose with tire chuck-$40 (If anyone knows of where to get a cheaper hose with chuck, let me know... I could not find one)

$169 total. Not to bad at all IMO. Still about $90 cheaper than the poly set up

Would mounting this in place of my factory muffler be a bad idea?
If you off road, yes.

If you plan to use it there, yes. Co2 tank needs to be elevated at the valve to be used.

At Topless for Tata's my girlfriend won a 50% off gift certificate for Powertank.
I ordered a 10lb Package B system a couple months ago, looks and works awesome. Had it filled at a local fire service place for $17.00.

The handle on the top and the mounting bracket are really convenient.

Total system OTD + Filling ~$265. That's with their adjustable regulator, quick disco's, hose, gauge + inflator, handle, boot, bracket, cover and black powder coat.

Jeez Goody- you have all my answers... Guess your a fair ways ahead of me on this JK thing.

I will look into mounting options then, and if 2psi fills four 37"s then there is alot of volume still in a 10lb bottle.

I have this exact same setup pieced together the same way however i only paid about 125 for everything.

The regulator is like $55 new, hose attachments are around $15 at HF. check Clist for a tank, no need to buy new since it is faster and easier to swap tanks than to have it filled.

over $200 for this setup is too much imo. Works great but you are approaching kits that aren't pieced together and that saves a lot of hassle.

IDK about the HF hose, though I will be running a HF Earthquake impact gun Weds when my Poly. fixed-flow regulator arrives...

I paid $50 for a hydotested 20Lb aluminum bottle (can get more if your near Houston)
I paid $40 for the Poly regulator
I paid $15 for a hose rated at 130PSI, (heard bad things about cheap hose+CO2)
I paid $ 8 for a HF chuck setup

My bottle is stamped AIRGAS, and AIRGAS is 10min away, so I can swap alum, for alum there.
