I need this.

Is it worth springing the extra cash for a adjustable regulator or is the non-adjustable one just fine for airing up/setting beads?

So I calculated out the cost of everything

125 for the tank
55 for the regulator
43 for a 30 foot hose
then if I wanted a mount, thats another 40-50

Total w/out mount=$223
Total w/ mount = $263

This is not including shipping

Poly sells this
http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/Poly-Performance-CO2-Kit-p-57.html

Complete kit, with mount, for less. Granted, it is only a 15lb tank, but nonetheless. Not trying to knock your write up, but it just seems it would be easier to place one order from poly and get everything you would need. No?

Anyone know of where one could source the needed parts for cheaper?

Where did you purchase your used tank?

I guess I need to keep shopping around...

And polys 40 dollar regulator appeared different from the other constant flow regulators I have seen for CO2 tanks, I didnt think it would work for this type of system.

Repriced my CO2 system (THis is strictly based on what I have found online, have yet to go to local fire supply or beverage center for a used tank)

15lb Aluminum tank-$89
Poly regulator-$40
Off-road air flex CO2 hose with tire chuck-$40 (If anyone knows of where to get a cheaper hose with chuck, let me know... I could not find one)

$169 total. Not to bad at all IMO. Still about $90 cheaper than the poly set up
