I have a 3 inch lift and the RK braided brakelines are too long. Just realized the rear ones are cutting grooves into the shock body. Plus, they really hang way out there. Are you guys simply tying them to the shock body or using shorter lines with brackets?

A pic would help us determine what your issue is.

Early JK lifts sometimes came with lines that had straight caliper banjos, rather than the now common "L" bend. The straight ones had to be longer to prevent the banjo being snapped off.
