I just picked up one of these and have to say it's fantastic. Beefcake strong. Just the way the straight edge sits in it make marking around the sides of square/rectangular tube a breeze.

That's sweet! I'll have to be getting one of those. I've used a regular square for years and always thought the body needed to be wider. Thanks for posting this.

I've been making 37' of benches for the shop out of 2" square tube. I'm now in love with this thing.

It's amazing how just a couple changes in a design, changes a combo square from adequate/annoying to a joy to use and a time saver.

The differences in this design are distinct advantages that make it worth having in addition to my existing combo. squares.

May seem pricey compared to ones that took a boat ride from a dirt-floor sweat shop, but that difference ( ) is worth a lot.
