I like Unichip. Not just because I sell them, but for other reasons.

1. They have many pre-tuned maps available
2. They're tuneable (make a new mod and want to adjust for it? Find a Unichip tuning center near you!)
3. Can adjust for your tire sizes
4. Availability of Palm monitoring software (called Flux, monitor all outputs and sensors, check codes, simulate 1/4 mile and horsepower dyno

Downside, a little more spendy than a hypertech programmer.

hypertech. Jet is just a plug in and done. Hypertech can program tire size, 2 different fuel curves, set the fan temp and read any error codes.
