We are planning to visit family and do some sightseeing starting the end of next week.

Tell me about your favorite spots.

Okay so here is what we know for sure...

Arrive in Belin (just south of Albuquerque) Friday evening or Saturday morning... do family stuff

Head north to Chaco canyon, mesa verde and four corners monument.

Go into Arizona heading in the general direction of the Grand Canyon seeing unknown things along the way.

Considering the north rim as we haven't been there before, maybe both if it's doable in the time frame we are working in.

Next stop Sedona and other points as yet unknown.

Cut back through Belin visit more, then on to Roswell & Calrsbad.

Any good ideas for eats, drinks etc. along the way bring em on.

Do the north rim and Zion park in one day.
Thanks a bunch. We've been to the south rim before pre-jeep days. As it stands now we are definitely hitting the north rim and probably come back around to spend some time at the south rim again. Still trying to work Zion into the schedule.

Man I forgot how much planning went into this. Wife and I had a 2" binder last time. Right now I have a loose plan, a google map and four days to figure it out.

When in Sedona head to the top of schnebly hill for a sunset bbq or camp just up the rim, sunrise there is pretty good too!

Of course "near" roswell there is White Sands!
