so driving to Jersey shore house in snow on Friday night.. just taking it easy.. taking my time.. this 09 auto w 150k.. got 22 mpg.. listed at only 19.. she running nice...

Did you cut throug Wharton on your way? Where is the sand castle located?

You can basically hit unpaved roads from Wharton all the way to tuckerton.

I took 95 to Route 1 to 195 to exit 16B.. then country roads down to 37 into the heights.. just cruising along got great mpg
.

That's good mileage for winter! This past summer, I decided to cruise the freeway at 60 - 65 and combined with local driving, I got 23 MPG for that tank. My last tankful calculated to only 15.

I was surprised it was snowing.. windy. and it's like driving a large Brick...lol

I get that kind of mileage coasting down the hills from the ski resorts here in Colorado. On flat ground I'm at about 12-14 miles per gallon lol.

Living in red light filled Philly. I hope I average about 15 now unless drive to shore... love my 09 JK but dam.. 15..lol

When my 09 JKUR was stock and i kept it 70mph and under i would get 20-21 mpg on the highway.
