I have a small amount of wandering but everything else feels pretty good.

Your caster is WAY low. You should bump it up to around 4-5 degrees. All the other specs look just fine, the only thing that stands as is the caster.

I did notice that as well...
I was under the impression that the RK numbers should set you around 4.5*, but I guess not.

Angle finder on the pinion flange would be your best bet to dial that in, anyone elses #s will also get you "close". But actual lift height and accessories are still going to vary your results.

I've got the same thing. Every thing is good as far as specs go but I think my passenger unit bearing is going out. I can feel it when I corner

Yepp, more caster. I'm not surprised it "wanders" on you.
