I don't have any cam bolts, we use adjustable length control arms instead.
I'm not a big fan of cam bolts in general, especially where you have to modify the bracket a bit to make the hole into a slot for it to work. There's just too much chance of it getting loose and adjusting itself, or wallowing out the hole, or....or....or....
With regard to the budget boost, although the caster will be affected by the change in height, it's generally not enough to cause problems. If it does, or if the owner is sensitive enough to how the Jeep drives to want a change, the adjustable lower arms can be added, and set longer than stock to get the caster back where it's happy again.
