re.trip

I take it this is in AZ? If so then it's too far for me. Dang it. :bawling:

Its only a 700+ drive!!!!!! Yes we are located in scottsdale,AZ..so most of our trips are planned around the dealer!! Maybe your local dealer might be interested at supporting the jeep community.....

Unfortunitly most are not

I'm in, a buddy of mine is going to ride along (he actually bought his Jeep from you I think?). Thanks for the invite, looking forward to getting the new ride out on the trail. :)

Jason,

Sorry I didn't get to meet you. I was in the first group of 38-40 Jeeps, it was a lot bigger turn-out than I was expecting. This was the first time taking my new JK off the pavement, a had a great time! I had never met anyone from this group so I was a lil' overwhelmed with the amount of people, only talked to 8-10 of them but everyone was really friendly and helpful. I hope to get invited to another sometime soon...

I'll attempt to post some photos.

I was about in the middle of the group at the beginning, this is a shot of the people in front of me. There was a couple up around the corner that didn't get in this photo.

This is a shot of the rest of the people in our group, I tried to see if I could get a good shot of them in the mirror. Now that I see the photo, I think there was even more around the corner again. (I need to learn how to take better photos!)

This guy broke his rear drive-shaft at the bottom of the mountain and had to be towed out, probably over 2 hrs of being tugged out and still had a smile on his face and was willing to let the new guy take a photo of the damage (Great people).

Here's a couple shots from on the trail.

Yes, this is the trail straight in front of me. I don't know if the photos do it justice, it was more technical of a trip than I thought it would be.

Did I mention it was a lil' cool out?

Anyways, it was a great time. All the people I met were very friendly and helpful, looking forward to the next one...
