I have an 07 automatic and 4 years ago I had to give the 4wd shifter a little umph to get it in and it somehow broke a piston, so I got a rebuilt engine and now I tried shifting out of 4wd and something snapped inside of the engine, and the car only made it another quarter mile before the engine seized, anyone ever experienced something like this?

R is for reverse, not race. There are quite a few linkage weak spots that should break b4 first
