I'll be running 37's with Crusher flares, and a 2.5" RK lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks.

You will need to adjust the length of your bump stops to make this work properly at full stuff. A 1" body lift would also make this work better for you. Some people don't understand the purpose of small body lifts but this is one of the best ways to get the up travel space you need and keep your CG low. By raising only the body and not the engine, transmission, frame, gas tank..., you allow the larger tires room. The small gap of 1" is very easy to eliminate on the JK.

Depending on wheel backspacing, whether you run flat flares that eliminate the front flare skeleton piece, and the actual mounted size of your 37s:

With a 1" body lift:

You want enough front extended bumpstops to make sure you do not overcompress your front springs or bottom out your front shocks. This may call for 1" or more front extended bumpstops.

Depending on whether you move your rear axle back 0.5"-0.75"--which opens another whole can of worms requiring you to relocate the rear swaybar, rear hard brakelines, and rear lower coil perches--you need about 2.5" rear extended bumpstops.

With no body lift:

You will want 2" or more front extended bumpstops--which is fine with a 2" or taller lift.

However, without moving the axle back and doing a good amount of fender well cutting, you would need up to 3.5" rear extended bumpstopping.

It is not a great idea to extend your bumpstops taller than your lift.

As a result, I highly recommend a 1" body lift, 1"-1.25" front extended bumpstops and 2.5" rear extended bumpstops to run 37s with flat flares.
