Go with the 285/70r17 size instead. (roughly 32.8" tall x 11.2" wide) There are a lot of options and the potential for rub with stock suspension is slim to none. (tires are like shoes some run larger than others even though they say they are the same size.)

***Note, most tires that are listed as 33"x--.--, 35x--.--, 37x--.-- are actually slightly shorter than their listed diameter. Most manufacturer's measure the contour of the face of their tires and use that dimension for their listed diameter.

If you disconnect off-road, you will rub. If you want to disconnect, you will need to increase your bump stops, cut your stock flares, or go to a flat fender.

I run a 305/65R17 BFG MT mounted on a 17x9 rim with 4.5" of backspacing.

I rub when I disconnect, pretty bad. I do have a leveling kit, but running factory flares and bumpstops.
