hey just got an 08 unlimited x and i love it, im hopin to put 31's on it and i was wondering if i could do this without a lift. also i was wondering if the 31's would fit if i put on a new front and rear bumper on and a winch

Should be no problems. Rubicons come stock with 32's

yep 32's will fit. If you dont want to much sag with front and rear bumpers you can add some 3/4" spacers. My suggestion is to not worry with the rear and a 3/4" up front. I lost about 3/4" when I put the Rugged Ridge bumper and stinger with a Mile Marker SI9500 on my last JK.
