2012 Jeep Rubicons are on a 130 Day Supplier restriction. The only ones built will be for Customer orders. The dealers will not be getting any stock units for 130 days

What's this mean exactly? Sounds like you can still order them for customers, but you won't just get normal shipments. Is this a "normal" procedure?
