I have a clock spring issue and a local dealer told me it wasnt covered under warranty. I contacted Chrysler Canada and here is there response:
Dear Mr. ,

Thank you for your reply.

Your service contract plan code 415 is valid for 5 years or 100,000km
(whichever occurs first) from the in service date of December 8, 2010.
The clockspring would be a covered component under your service
contract, however without a physical diagnosis at one of our registered
dealers FCA cannot provide a guarantee on warranty coverage.

Really not that difficult to replace yourself.

Several threads on JKO to give you some direction, if you need them.

For me, clearancing the rear of the steering wheel, just above the top tabs, really helped to be able to access them.

I used a dremel sanding tool to do it. Helped me out quite a bit
