I was wondering why a lot of conversions specifically use the 2010/ 2011 Grand Cherokee exhaust manifolds versus the later ones 2012+.. The later ones have a two and a half inch outlet and the earlier ones have a two and a quarter inch outlet wondering what other differences there are and pros and cons. Trying to decide which ones to use on my conversion. Thx

The earlier manifolds will make the least difference on the 5.7. Maybe 15HP/tq which you probably wouldn't feel. But if there's no difference in cost, clearance etc. then may as well go with the newer ones, run 2-1/2" all the way back.

Thats what I did it looks beautiful it is hard to figure out clearances because it is off body
